Malaysia’s Engineers’ Preferred

CNC Machining & Rapid 3d Printing Prototyping Services

From Sketch to Finished Part — No Overseas Hassle. At Ace High Technology Design Center Sdn Bhd, we provide CNC machining, 3D printing, and design help for engineers and businesses in Klang Valley. No CAD file yet? No problem. No minimum order, either.

Services Overview — We Don't Just Cut Metal. We Help With Design, Too

CNC Machining

We handle both milling and turning in aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, and engineering plastics. Whether you’re making a one-off prototype to test a concept or a short production run of functional parts, we work to your drawing and spec.

Rapid Prototyping (3D Printing)

CNC machining takes time — some jobs can run up from two to three weeks. If you need a physical prototype sooner, 3D printing is the faster alternative. Get a working model in your hands in days, while the final CNC part is still being made.

Design Help

No 3D CAD data yet? That’s fine — most people start with just an idea. Tell us what the part needs to do, and we’ll help turn it into a proper, manufacturable design. Along the way, we flag anything that would make the part expensive or difficult to machine — before it costs you time and material.

Small-Batch Production

Small quantities are welcome here — no minimum order, no pressure to bulk up your numbers to make it “worth our while.” Whether you need one prototype or a short run of fifty parts, you’ll get the same process and the same attention to detail either way.

Our Processes — From Drawing to Finished Part

1. Got a Drawing? Send It Over

Send your drawing (or just your idea). Upload a file, a sketch, or describe the part.

2. Get an Honest Quote

Some suppliers quote fast and adjust later. We’d rather take a proper look and give you numbers you can actually rely on — pricing and a realistic lead time you can actually plan around.

3. Design Review Before We Cut

A quick design review catches costly mistakes early — wrong tolerances, tricky geometry, wrong material choice. Fix it on paper, not after it’s been machined.

4. Your Part Gets Built

Once the design is confirmed, we start machining your part. Need a physical prototype sooner? We can run a 3D-printed version in parallel — so you’re not waiting on CNC to see something in your hands.

5. Inspect & Collect

Happy with the quote and the part? Collect from our office — or we send it to you across Klang Valley. No overseas wait, no customs, no guessing.
